13. Laying of homogenous/porcelain wall tiles at exposed kitchen wall

14. Application of waterproof membrane in kitchen and 2 bathrooms

15. Construct shower kerbs in 2 bathrooms

16. Replace new stainless steel expose pipe for whole house (cold only) 
17. Supply labour to install 2 water heaters OR 1 water storage heater
18. Supply labour to install 7 pcs of accessories for both bathrooms
19. Supply labour to install 2 sitting toilet bowls at master toilet & common toilet

21. Supply and install total 20 ft (length) of top and bottom kitchen cabinet with ABS trimming doors and laminate finish, 2 tiers stainless steel dish drainer and 3 of soft-closing drawers
22. Supply and install total 10 ft (length) of waterproofing PVC plinth as kitchen cabinet base
23. Supply and install 10 ft (length) Quartz tabletop with 50mm (height) backsplash and 20mm profile

24. Supply and install 2 aluminium swing & slide doors in bathrooms

25. Supply and install 10mm clear tempered glass shower screen in master bedroom 5 ft (length) x 6 ft (height)

23. Supply and painting of whole house interior walls with Nippon Vinilex 5000 (max 3 colours)
24. Supply and painting of whole house interior ceilings and sewer piping with Nippon Matex white paint
25. To provide general cleaning after renovation
26. To provide corrugated paper for protection

27. To provide kitchen and toilets with acid chemical wash

28. To supply and install 2 aluminum slide & swing doors
